Recently, a few people have asked me what’s the benefits of life-coaching. Simply, life-coaching is about implementing ways of enhancing the quality of our life. There’s many ways that we may do this. One way to enhance our presence here on this planet is to become more aware of who we are. One way to do this is to be more aware of our thoughts.

You Are What You Think
You may have heard that you are what you eat. We may quiet easily grasp how food that we assimilate through our digestive system becomes our physical body. However, you may be a little more puzzled about how our mere thoughts can become our reality. Here we discuss further how this may be possible.
Each thought that we have emits a specific frequency. We generally tend to think of our thoughts as only that which we intentionally have. However, you may be surprised to realise that so many of our thoughts are subconscious. Even more-so, these repetitive subconscious thoughts can run so much of our life.
Origin of Our Thoughts
Have you ever wondered, where do our thoughts come from? If we think about it, our thoughts seems to stem from somewhere. At times, you may have asked yourself, questions such as why can I think, how did I get here and what is life? If we think bigger, we may consider that the mind is beyond our brain. Maybe we’re more-so receptors tapping into our world and beyond. If we observe, often, it’s more-so what we choose to tune into. If this were the case, we may then ask where do our decisions come from?
What if our choices and decisions that we make are just a reflection of consciousness? Let’s consider, how does a tree know where to extend it’s branches? The most obvious response is that it’s depending on a number of different things. They may be such as the external environment with light, wind, etc. Then there’s the more internal factors, such as where the roots are held under the ground and the memory, blueprint held in the genetics of it’s seed. What if our choices are much the same?
Conscious-Creations
What if consciousness is a mere reflection of our awareness? Awareness is akin to being awake, being able to see, witness and observe something. Consciousness is more-so is how we choose to perceive this and how we respond to it. However, so often we’re merely victims of circumstances. This happens due to a subconscious reactions from being unaware of who we truly are. You may have heard of the law of attraction. It’s one of the oldest laws, however, the problem is that most people simply don’t know how to use it, hence they think it doesn’t work.
‘Conscious-Creations’ is a process that I created back in the 1990’s to help with enhancing the quality of our life. Some of it’s origins stemmed from ‘breathwork’. Basically it’s about more consciously creating our reality. It’s basic premise is that many of our thoughts arise from our perceptions of what we’re feeling. Just as in a male and female relationship, it’s basically about enhancing the relationship between our mind and body.
Buddha also said, ‘what you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create’. ‘Conscious-Creations’ is about how opposite forces merge together. Our feelings often nudge the attention our mind. Often, the inner voice of our mind will interpret these experiences based on interpretations of similar experiences. It’s like being stuck in a hypnotic trance. So what if we’re able to enjoy an experience like it’s the very first time?
Ultra-Mind-Dynamics
This is another series of processes I developed in the 1990’s to help with consciously creating our reality. It just so happens that so much happens in our subconscious mind that we are simply not conscious of. You may have heard of the benefits of self-hypnosis. However, Ultra-Mind Dynamics is much more about de-hypnotising ourself. It’s more about being more conscious of our subconscious. We may do this by creating a better rapport with it.
You may have heard much about creating a positive mindset. However, a mindset is a stuck state. Our subconscious thoughts are often repetitive. As such, they hold a pattern. Hence, we become hypnotised by our own thoughts. Yet, interestingly, so many of these thoughts may not even be true. These hypnotic thoughts then create our physical world. They can set our limitations. The physical world is just our imagination playing out in real time. It’s as if we’re on stage playing out a pre-determined script.
The Perception-Projection Trap is where we only see what we think we can see, rather than seeing what’s really there. To bust this bubble we need to develop a better relationship with our subconscious. Rather than just black and white, we need to allow ourself to see reality more-so with ‘relativity’. Looking at reality from a clearer ‘perception and perspective’ is crucial in escaping the ‘perception-projection trap’.
Revelations
You may have heard that most of the iceberg is below the surface of the water. Often, the problem is not so much, what we are aware of. More-so it’s what we are not aware of. If we are unaware, we’re not able to make good, conscious choices. Moreso, it’s often the hidden aspects of us that can have the most gravity. It just so happens that the heaviest end of the see saw has the biggest effect. To turn things around for the better, sometimes we need to tip the scales. We need to decide what is the factor that can make the critical difference. When push come to shove, we need to dig-up hidden aspects of our self, to shine light on them. Only then we can make the changes necessary.
There comes a time, when it’s time to get to know yourself. As your thoughts create you, if you want to know yourself, you need to get to know your thoughts. ‘Revelations’ is another process that I created back in the 1990’s to help with enhancing the quality of our life. It compliments the ‘Conscious-Creations’ process. It grew from the ‘Awakening-Awareness’ component of the ‘Holistic Life-Coaching’ course. Revelations is about, clearing away the distractions, illusions camouflage to reveal the hidden truth. From this clarity comes your chances of making better choices.
Holistic Healing Arts
As an interesting point of view, we may say that many of our perceptions are held, not so much just in our brain, however throughout our whole body. We may say that we have many brains. It’s been suggested that we may look at our brains merely as sensors. As well as our head or cephalic brain, neuroscientists have acknowledged that we also have a cardiac and enteric brain. Maybe further research will reveal that we have more. While siting on top of the stem, we may look at our head brain as a flower, tuning into the heavens. The roots of the plant are ideally firmly planted into the ground. Just as a flower, we may say that our brains are an intermediary between heaven and earth. Likewise, we are also a conductor between heaven and earth.
Sometimes, we need to look at life, more as creating an art piece. The more that we can resolve the conflict between our enteric, cardiac and cephalic brains and bring them on the same page, the greater chance we have of creating inner harmony. Our enteric brain is mostly about self preservation while our heart brain is more about what we can do for the world. Ideally these should both communicate with our cephalic or head brain to be guided by the heavens. As our gut-brain axis (GBA) is enhanced so will our ‘self-awareness’ and purpose for being here.
Your Next Step
As your next step towards self-healing, allow yourself to become more aware of your mind and body connection. Observe how what gets noticed, also allows for change. Observe how you choose your current lifestyle habits. Become interested in how these choices may help you to tap into the root-causes of any conflicts or challenges you may be experiencing. Self awareness is much about observation. Allow yourself to be open to see how you may change and hence allowing to enhance the quality of your life.
