So many people now-a-days breathe poorly. Often this may be due to poor awareness of the breath. Maybe, because of the many distractions in todays modern world. Sadly, many people are stressed, in pain and feeling fatigued. They’re often feeling anxious, in overwhelm, are confused and in conflict. This again, may adversely affect our breathing. As an example, they may suffer with with short, fast and shallow chest breathing. These chronic, poor breathing patterns can then lead to many other health issues. Simply, many of these problems could be overcome if we were to enhance awareness our our breath.
Breath Awareness
We can easily stop being a victim of modern day ‘life-limiting’ illnesses by re-discovering the art of breathing. Enhancing breath awareness can turn things around for the better. Basically, learning how to breath better can help us with living a happier life. Simply by enhancing our breathing, we can easily improve our daily performance in so many aspects of life. Many of my students over the years have benefited from ‘transformational breathwork’.
Transformational Breathwork
Fortunately, several decades ago I happened to stumble upon an ancient, powerful breathing practice. I’ve actually experienced for myself how this simple and yet also powerful breathing technique can help to enhance the quality of our life. Since then, as I’ve shared these practices with others, and they too are amazed, through their own experience just how powerful this breathing can be. Many people, over the years have said how it’s a ‘live-changing’ transformational breathwork has been for them. Throughout this 1 day seminar and ‘play-shop’ you will be guided through the specific transformational breathing technique. You will discover for yourself insights into the power of breathing, to help us resolve conflicts between our inner and outer worlds. The more we connect with our breath, the more it will connect us with our true essence. Over the years, I have refined breathing techniques. To help represent these refinements, throughout the 1990’s I coined the term, ‘Recreational Breathing’. A large component of this is learning how to breath intuitively.
Intuitive Breathing
Have you tried using your breath to guide you, to use breathing as a way to enhance your intuition? Maybe, to help tune into your surroundings? Over the years, I’ve posted several articles about the concept of ‘intuitive breathing’. It’s different from drinking or eating. It’s a different feeling and experience. With each inspiration, we draw in ‘spirit’. It’s a literal breathing in of our essence. I’ve found that tuning in to the surroundings through the breath can be so profound. You may find, that you get much more of a feel for your environment than what the eye can take in. With some practice, you may be able to feel how resonant you are with your surroundings. You may be able to tell what’s a good match for you or not. It’s nothing bizarre. It’s basically just about re-learning how to tap into our innate skills.
Modern science, now tells us how, in essence we are energy. Through enhancing our breathing skills, we may develop ways to be more aware of your own electromagnetic field. Moreso, how our energy merges with the electromagnetic fields of our direct surrounding environment.
Once we are more intuitive with our breathing, we may be tune more into it, feel it, and be attuned more, to better appreciate our relationship with our breath and where we are. This can be a very valuable ability.
You may be blown away, as you happen to experience this skill for yourself. Once you tune into the breath, in relationship with the environment, you may be able to be guided by the surrounding subtle signs. As we develop a good relationship with our breath and our environment, our life force may be enhanced. This may help us in so many ways.
